Local files

The ordinary image, PDF and OCR tools process selected files on your device. These tools do not upload source files, filenames, results or extracted text. OCR software and English-language assets download from ClearFile; your browser may cache those assets.

Visits and support

Netlify hosts the site and receives connection information needed to serve it, including your IP address and requested pages. Tool requests are sent to Netlify Forms with the contact details and request you provide. Do not send sensitive documents through that form. Support messages remain in the operator’s email service while needed to resolve your enquiry and meet applicable record-keeping obligations.

Optional services

Account, payment, server-processing and optional measurement services remain disabled until connected and tested. When available, Supabase handles account email, session and preferences, while Stripe handles checkout and billing records. Payment-card details are entered on Stripe’s checkout. Server jobs require an explicit upload choice and explain retention before upload.

Optional measurement counts only the selected tool and event, such as success or failure. It excludes filenames, file contents, extracted text, email addresses and account identifiers. It is off unless enabled for the site and accepted in Privacy settings. No advertising tracker is installed.

Providers and choices

Hosting, support and future account/payment providers may process information outside Australia. Database and worker regions will be confirmed before enabling server processing. Local tools remain available without an account. Change measurement preferences in Privacy settings, clear browser storage, sign out when accounts are available, or contact the operator about information you provided.
