Your files

Use files you have permission to process. Keep your original and check downloaded results before relying on them. OCR can misread text. Compression may change quality or remove document features; the tool explains these changes before processing. Not every target size or file format can be processed successfully.

Fair use

Do not attack systems, access another person’s files, evade job limits or process unlawful material. Server limits and availability are stated when that feature is enabled. Abusive use may be restricted to protect the service and its users.

Paid plans

Payment remains disabled until the service is tested. When available, the selected plan and final total appear before payment. Subscriptions renew until cancelled through the account’s billing portal. Cancellation stops the next renewal and retains access for the current paid period. Contact support about billing errors, failed services or a requested remedy.

Your rights

These terms do not exclude consumer guarantees or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. A failure to meet those guarantees may entitle you to a remedy. See the ACCC’s consumer-rights guidance.
